1. Eligibility & Registration

1. Participants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of registration.

2. All registrations must be completed through official channels — including the official website or other authorized communication platforms.

3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all details provided, including personal, dietary, and access-related information, are accurate and complete.

4. Uniquocrat Event Organizers shall not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the participant.

5. Registration deadlines must be strictly observed. Late applications may be accepted only at the discretion of the Organizers.

 

2. Accommodation & Travel

1. The event fee includes accommodation and local transportation only for the participants who opted and paid for Conference Pass With Accommodation during or before the conference. Participants will be provided superior twin-shared rooms at the designated official hotel.

2. Shuttle transfers for airport arrivals and departures will be arranged. Participants must submit flight details in advance to avail this service.

3. Any additional travel or accommodation beyond the official event schedule shall be the participant’s own responsibility.

 

3. Visa Support

1. Visa support letters will be issued to confirmed international delegates upon request.

2. The Organizers do not guarantee visa approval, as final discretion rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate.

3. Participants are responsible for obtaining the required visa, travel documents, and insurance.

4. Refunds will not be issued due to visa rejection, delay, or failure to obtain travel clearance in time.

 

4. Event Participation & Conduct

1. Delegates must adhere to the official conference schedule and dress code throughout the event.

2. All submissions, speeches, and written materials must be original. Plagiarism or intellectual property violations may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

3. Participants are expected to maintain professional behaviour and show respect toward fellow delegates, staff, and the host country’s laws and customs.

4. The Organizers shall not be held responsible for misconduct, negligence, or unlawful activities committed by any participant.

 

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All payments made toward the conference are non-refundable.

2. Transfers to other Unique Bureaucrats conferences may be considered under exceptional circumstances and subject to Organizer approval.

3. Requests for transfers or credit vouchers must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the event start date.

4. Cancellation Charges:

   • 60 to 45 days before the event: 30% cancellation fee

   • 45 to 30 days before the event: 60% cancellation fee

   • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund

5. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 45 working days after written confirmation.

 

6. Intellectual Property & Media Consent

1. All content, graphics, designs, and materials provided during the conference are the intellectual property of Uniquocrat Event Organizers and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

2. By attending the event, participants grant the Organizers the right to photograph, film, and record sessions, and to use such media for promotional, educational, or archival purposes across digital and print platforms.

3. Participants waive any claim to compensation or approval rights for such use.

 

7. Liability & Disclaimer

1. Participants are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and conduct throughout the event.

2. The Organizers disclaim any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred unless directly caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies), the Organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event.

4. In such cases, rescheduling or credit options may be offered at the discretion of the Organizers.

 

8. Code of Conduct

1. Participants are expected to uphold the dignity and decorum of the event at all times.

2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

3. Damage caused to property or venue facilities will be borne entirely by the responsible participant.

4. The Organizers reserve the right to deny participation or remove individuals who violate these standards.

 

9. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

At Unique Bureaucrats, transparency and accountability are foundational principles. The following terms govern all legal and jurisdictional matters related to our services and events:

1. Jurisdiction

• All disputes or claims arising from participation, registration, or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

• By registering, participants agree that any legal action shall be initiated only in New Delhi, India.

2. Applicable Law

• All agreements, activities, and transactions with Unique Bureaucrats are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, under the provisions of the Indian Constitution and relevant statutes.

• This includes but is not limited to:

  • Event registration and participation

  • Payments and financial transactions

  • Code of conduct and dispute resolution

3. Payment & Financial Disputes

• Any disputes related to payments, refunds, or credits shall be resolved under Indian law, with jurisdiction limited to New Delhi courts.

4. Waiver of Jurisdiction

• By engaging with Unique Bureaucrats, participants, sponsors, and partners waive the right to claim jurisdiction in any location other than New Delhi, India.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and attending any Unique Bureaucrats Conference, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
